The Residency Program is a full-time 10-month program, with housing included. This program prepares ministry students with hands-on ministry experience, 1-on-1 ministry leader coaching, and interactive and dynamic cohort-style learning through teaching and discussion. The Residency program begins in August each year.
Students in the Residency program are paired with a ministry based on both their interests and the church’s needs and receive a paid stipend.
