The church is facing a leadership crisis. Why do so many of us resist leadership and fail to leverage the gifts of leadership God has given us? Join Dr. Charles W. Smith to gain clarity about what the Bible says about leadership and grow in the necessary convictions and courage to live out the Bible’s instruction.
Virtual Course: Each individual can engage in the content online, watching all videos and answering all questions throughout the week. Individuals connect with their group through discussion questions. We cover one unit per week, with a due date.
